I have these as this is now a full-time job and primary source of income, and I need to be able to protect myself. I appreciate you!

By commissioning or purchasing artwork from BlizzardWolf Art, LLC, you agree to the following:

Clear and respectful communication is essential throughout the project duration. BlizzardWolf Art, LLC will strive to respond to client inquiries and feedback in a timely manner and requests clients give her the same courtesy.

Ongoing communication and discussion will occur throughout the project, including work in progress, idea generation and collaboration, situational updates, and more. Communication channels may include Discord, Telegram, Twitter/X/Instagram private messages, or email as per the client’s specific request.

BlizzardWolf Art, LLC will provide an estimated turnaround time to the client upon acceptance of the project. This timeframe is approximate and there is a possibility it may take longer. In the event of any delays, BlizzardWolf Art, LLC will promptly inform the client and provide an updated timeframe.

BlizzardWolf Art, LLC keeps an active queue of working projects on Trello: the client may visit this queue at any time to check on the status of their artwork.

The artwork created by BlizzardWolf Art, LLC may not be used for minting, NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens), and/or AI training models under any circumstances. Any violation of this rule will result in a permanent and irrevocable ban on the individual from ever receiving artwork from BlizzardWolf Art LLC, including its subsidiaries, even as a gift. Additionally, if legal action is available, it may be taken against the infringing party for unauthorized use of the artwork.

There are a limited amount of revisions allowed in the base cost of a commission. The cost and amount of revisions allowed may vary based on the complexity and scope of the project.:

• Sketches: 1 revision
• Inks: 2 revisions
• Flat colors: 2 revisions
• Full color: 3 revisions
• Comics: 2 revisions per panel
• Other projects will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

Specific details regarding revisions will be outlined and agreed upon before the commencement of the project. Errors caused by the artist will be corrected free of charge, while additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon scope may incur extra charges, to be discussed with the client.

Full payment is due before providing the final piece to the client. Payment plans are acceptable on a case-by-case basis and will be discussed ahead of accepting the project. A minimum down payment is required for any project.

Should the client need the item on a “rush” basis and need to be moved to the front of the queue, there is a minimum 25% fee of the total commission cost. The actual cost depends on the project type itself, based primarily off BlizzardWolf Art, LLC needing to purchase or acquire items for the commission.

In the event of a project cancellation by the client, refunds will only be available if the art has not been started (or marked as “in progress” on the Trello queue) and both parties mutually agree. If BlizzardWolf Art, LLC is no longer able to complete the commission, the client will be contacted and made aware, as well as receive a full refund, less any fees incurred.

The client agrees to not perform any form of chargeback. Please reach out first to discuss payment options if payment becomes an issue, or if you no longer desire the commission. Performing a chargeback without communicating with BlizzardWolf first results in a permanent and irrevocable ban on the individual receiving artwork from BlizzardWolf Art, LLC and its subsidiaries, even as a gift.

The artwork may not be traced, cropped, altered, or modified in any way, unless explicitly authorized by BlizzardWolf Art, LLC. Exception is granted for using the artwork as a profile image, provided proper credit is given to the artist. The client must not claim artwork as their own and must credit BlizzardWolf Art, LLC on each instance of display of the artwork or permanently on their websites, social media profiles, broadcast channels, and so on.

Upon completion of the artwork and full payment, the client will receive full ownership of the artwork for personal use. However, BlizzardWolf Art, LLC retains the copyright of the image and the right to display the artwork in portfolios, websites, and social media for self-promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Should the client wish for the artwork to be private and not posted on any portfolio, website, or social media, there is a 15% fee of the total commission cost.

Any commercial usage of the artwork must be agreed upon ahead of time, and a commercial fee may be associated with such usage, to be discussed at the time of commissioning.

The artwork may not be reproduced commercially without expressed, written permission by BlizzardWolf. If the client wishes for the artwork to be turned into products for personal use, there is the possibility of it being accepted on a case-by-case basis. Alternatively, the client may purchase these items directly from BlizzardWolf Art, LLC.

Many types of mature content are acceptable, however, there are certain types of fetishes that BlizzardWolf Art, LLC wishes not to participate in. This list includes examples, but it is not exhaustive:

• Scatplay/watersports/diaper
• Cub/loli/shota
• Vore of any type
• Feet/paws
• Hyper/Inflation

This list may be adjusted and added to as time goes on. Any mature content is subject to an NSFW upcharge, to be discussed during the time of commission.

BlizzardWolf Art, LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not work with individuals who have a history of homophobic, transphobic, racist, or ableist behavior.

These terms and conditions may be subject to change. Clients will be notified of any updates in advance.
